The Swiftpay Story

Swiftpay was developed based on the idea that the Taxi Industry needed a secure wireless payment system that was affordable.

With this in mind, Swiftpay partnered with MONEX Group to roll out terminals in Toronto's largest taxi company - Beck Taxi.

Unfortunately MONEX Group wasn't able to provide the proper structure, support or backend to handle this account. After many attempts to get MONEX Group to provide better support and service, Swiftpay decided it needed a better business model to develop the rest of the taxi industry in Toronto, and then Canada.

Swiftpay found that model by branching off into it's own provider. Swiftpay developed a strong well serviced program that has quickly become the service of choice for most of the taxi, entertainment and retail districts.
